This post is to thank the staff of Integral Institute over at Holon News for listing Lucid Nutrition in their list of integral blogs.
According to the Integral Institute "Integral" simply means more balanced, comprehensive, interconnected, and whole. By using an Integral approach—whether it's in business, personal development, art, education, or spirituality (or any of dozens of other fields)—we can include more aspects of reality, and more of our humanity, in order to become more fully awake (LUCID) and effective in anything we do.
The feeling of appreciation by fellow bloggers creates a sense of purpose and inspiration to continue my work for Lucid Nutrition. If you have any suggestions for topics, I am happy to do the research. Also, I would like to point you to one of my personal favorites:
A Living Tantra
Living Tantra is a Tantrik resource site offered by Shambhavi Sarasvati. Shambhavi practices, teaches and writes about the Tantrik tradition of Kashmir Shaivism. She is an initiate in the lineage of
Paramahamsa Satyananda Saraswati of Rikhia, India. This blog bears much fruit:)
Thanks again Holon News:)

you're awesome.
I'd be interested in seeing what you can come up with for minimal carbohydrate but vegan options for dietary changes

Briana,
What a wonderful site/blog. You have made it so beautiful and appealing. And I love the content you are sharing -- it is so important for people's well-being.
I just stumbled across your blog, but immediately thought you would be a great addition to our Nutrition Community at NutritionCircle.org . (Everything happens for a reason!) If you get a chance, please check it out. We have just started, but the site around the current discuss. board is almost finished being developed, at which point we are sending invites to hundreds of our contacts.
You can link to your blog, promote your practice, get free tools and features and much more. All free of course.
Please take a look, and if you like what you'd see, we'd love you to join NutritionCircle!
~Michael
