Just wanted to mark the occasion. I have committed to a one year program that will teach me all the major dietary theories from Ayurveda to The World Peace Diet and how to integrate traditional nutrition philosophies with modern health concepts. I will become a certified health counselor through The Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

That is so exciting!! IIN!! I just enrolled in the distance learning program about a month ago and am REALLY loving it. I hope that you post more about your journey with IIN!!
